Judo: Two Armenian fighters win medals at European U23 Championships

Armenian judokas have won two medals at the Prague-hosted Green Hill European U23 Championships, reports the Armenian National Olympic Committee.

Gor Harutyunyan (66 kg) won a silver medal after losing to a Belarus rival in the semifinals.

Artyom Baghdasaryan (81 kg), meanwhile, won a bronze medal, losing in the semifinal fight. In his fight for the bronze, the Armenian judoka beat a German fighter.

More than 360 judokas representing 38 nations took part in the competitions.
