December 4, 2012 Leave a comment Go to comments

As intrigue mounts over the position of the Prosperous Armenia Party concerning the February presidential election, the public will have to wait a few days longer to learn whether PAP will field a candidate.

Last week, the party had said it would announce its intentions by December 5. Now, however, an announcement isn’t expected earlier than December 7, when the party’s parliamentary delegation returns from three days of meetings in Brussels.

Party boss Gagik Tsarukyan has joined his party’s delegation, fueling speculation that he may have serious intentions of making a presidential bid.
