OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries call for “greater sense of urgency=?UTF-8?B?4oCdIA==?=in Karabakh resolution

Leading diplomats of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair nations have urged Armenia and Azerbaijan to show a “greater sense of urgency” to resolve their long-running dispute over Nagorno-Karabakh.
