Ruling party MP says Oskanian seems to have toured in capital=?UTF-8?B?4oCZ?=s administrative districts for the first time

Ruling party MP Karen Avagyan, like his colleague Artak Zakaryan, referred in his Facebook post to the post written by Prosperous Armenia party MP Vartan Oskanian, who heads the PAP’s list in the Yerevan City Council elections.

Avagyan says he has got an impression as if “Mr Oskanian has toured in Yerevan administrative region for the first time and ‘discovered new things for him and it will be good if he makes such tours always irrespective of election processes: he would by all means have what to compare.”

“By the way on the eve of City Council elections, an attempt is being made to tie a number of social-economic issues with Yerevan municipality which though is not the latter’s authority. It is also a way of manipulation. The residents though better understand the circle of authorities of the municipality than Mr Oskanyans,” he wrote.

He also said if the person newly the places of administrative regions of the capital just now and does not imagine the circle of urban issues how he wants to become a mayor.

In his Facebook post, Vartan Oskanian criticized the city authorities for unequal development of administrative regions of the capital and said that all the issues Yerevan has could have been solved by the existing resources.
